Help us preserve the 1785 House and grounds for all to enjoy!

Gifts have enabled us to protect and improve the house. We’ve replaced the roof and the inefficient heating and cooling and electrical systems, reconstructed the front steps and the eaves, repainted the interior and exterior of the house, repaired warped leaking window frames and a damaged ceiling, and restored a number of pieces of antique furniture.

With the house and grounds in better shape, we’ve been excited to be able to increase our efforts to dig into the past with archeological and other research into the lives of the people who lived and worked at the site in the past.
